Quotely

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These terms apply to the Quotely app for iPhone, published by Indise LLC. By using Quotely you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies.

1. What Quotely does

Quotely helps you create quotes, simple invoices and receipts as PDF files and send them yourself. It can print payment details on your documents (a PIX QR code in Brazil, a CLABE in Mexico, bank details elsewhere). Quotely does not process payments, collect money or charge fees on your sales.

2. Not a tax document

Documents made in Quotely are not tax documents. Quotely does not issue a nota fiscal, NFS-e, CFDI, factura electrónica or any other fiscal document, and it does not report anything to tax authorities. Invoices carry the line "Not a tax document" (or its translation). Where the law requires a tax document, you must issue it through the official system.

3. Your responsibility

4. Free version and Quotely Pro

The free version lets you share or export 1 document per calendar month and includes the Limpo template and payment details. Quotely Pro removes the limit and adds the features described in the app.

5. Your data

Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud database, as described in the Privacy Policy. We have no copy, so keep iCloud on or keep your own copies of important PDFs.

6. No warranty

Quotely is provided "as is". We work hard to keep calculations, PDFs and QR codes correct, but we do not guarantee the app is error-free or fits every legal requirement in your country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indise LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost payments, tax penalties or lost data arising from the use of Quotely. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown on this page.
