Quotely

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Short version: Indise LLC, the developer of Quotely, does not collect any of your data. Your documents, clients and business details stay on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access.

Who we are

Quotely is published by Indise LLC ("we"). Contact: dimonzalis@gmail.com.

What we collect

Nothing. Quotely has no accounts, no sign-up, no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. We do not sell or share data because we never receive it.

Where your data lives

Permissions and system features

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email or payment details. The app checks your subscription status on the device using Apple's StoreKit.

Crash reports

If you chose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. They do not identify you, and you can turn this off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Your clients' data

The client details you type into Quotely (names, phone numbers, addresses, tax IDs) are your records. You decide what to store and with whom you share the PDFs, and you are responsible for handling them under the data protection laws that apply to you, such as Brazil's LGPD or Mexico's LFPDPPP.

Deleting your data

Delete documents, clients and items inside the app. To remove everything, delete the app and then remove Quotely's iCloud data in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage (wording may vary by iOS version). Since we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Children

Quotely is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. If we ever wanted to collect data, we would ask you in the app first.
